KEEP THE WEST SIDE OF FERRY POINT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Other Parks do not have the following:
A location worth over 88 Million of Future Investment (by Ferry Point Partners, Flag Industries)
- Great view of the East River
-Best view of the NYC Skyline (on a hilltop)
-Many like to wath the airplanes landing just 500ft. above
-Whitestone Bridge
-Throggs Neck Bridge
-Wetlands along the west shore
-Westchester Creek a perfect Kayak and/or Canoe area
-One nice Soccer field, 5 not so nice
(Yellow crested Herons, Swans, Gulls, Pheasant, Rabbit, Quail, Peregrin Falcons, Red Tailed Hawks & nests, Raccoon, Skunk, Snowy Owl, Barn Owl, chickens, pigeons, geese, Mallard ducks with ducklings, piping plovers and your normal Bronx creatures.)

We would like to see:-kayak/canoe launch...water taxi to Manhattan, sledding in the winter down the hill and so many other FREE or "Bronx Family" affordable outdoor events.
